1. General Overview
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual respect throughout the commission process.2. Payment Policy
- Full payment or a deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your spot in my commission queue.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal Invoice or Found Invoice
- If paying in installments, final payment must be completed before delivery.3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are available only before work has begun. If materials have been purchased, a partial refund may be issued.
- Once work has started, refunds are no longer available.
- If I cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be provided based on progress.4. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
- Estimated completion time will be communicated during the commission discussion.
- Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.
- Delays may occur due to material availability, complexity, or personal emergencies. I will communicate any major delays promptly.5. Custom Work & Design Adjustments
- I welcome creative input, but excessive revisions may require additional fees.
- Once approved, major changes to the design may not be possible or may incur extra costs.
- I retain the right to decline commissions that involve elements I am uncomfortable creating.6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated separately based on location and package size.
- I am not responsible for damages or losses that occur during shipping. Insurance is recommended for high-value items.
- Local pickup may be available—contact me to discuss options.7. Liability & Usage
- My work is handmade and intended for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed).
- I am not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper care, or modifications made post-delivery.
- Repairs may be available for an additional fee.8. Communication & Updates
- I will provide updates throughout the process, including progress photos upon request.
- Please ensure timely responses to messages, as delays in communication may impact turnaround time.9. Rights & Copyright
- I retain the right to use images of completed commissions for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
- Clients may use and share their commissioned work.
- I do not work with copyrighted characters unless proper licensing or permissions are provided.10. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in commission cancellation without refund.
